    This folder holds the long-lived formal system specifications for BetterFleet domains.

    These documents are the forward-looking design baseline: - enduring domain language - conceptual architecture - target contracts and interaction models - medium-term interim patterns that are expected to remain relevant beyond a single project or milestone

    Project-scoped delivery plans, milestone slicing, and short-term implementation variations belong under artifacts/.

    Start with the workflow and the current artifact set first. Come here when the story you are delivering depends on domain rules, long-lived architecture, or target contracts that should outlast one project slice.
