    This folder is reserved for reusable templates that support the BFDev process.

    Expected examples: - challenge templates - specification templates - story-set templates - release-plan template - decision-log templates

    Templates should define structure and required metadata without becoming the source of truth for live work. Live work sets belong under work/.
